MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES & FEE SCHEDULE

Addendum to Management Agreement

 

WORK ORDER SERVICES:

Any call out repair and service work orders for maintenance of your property.

INITIAL CALL OUT CHARGE (DIAGNOSIS) 

$ 69.50 per trip charge                                                                                   

Additional Hours

$69.50 per hour – Charged at 15min increments

 

 

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES:

Recurring maintenance, make ready service, grounds keeping, pool service, light runs, preventative maintenance services.

Hourly Billing:  30-minute increments @  $ 49.50 per hour

 

 

EQUIPMENT RENTAL:

Sewer Auger  $ 150.00 per use

AC Freon Recovery Unit  $ 100.00 per use

Carpet Dryer Fan $ 30.00 per day per fan

 

 

ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION FEE:

Attending Legal Proceedings and Insurance Claim Dealings.

Hourly Billing  $350.00 per hour                                             

Supervising of Major Capital Repairs, Renovations and Expenditures.

 

Cost Percentage % Fee Basis:  20 % / of actual cost.

Maintenance staffing is dependent upon availability.   Adami & Associates, Inc. reserves the right to subcontract maintenance and repairs and charges may vary from above quoted rates.

All maintenance personnel & staff are bonded and insured against liability.

All Parts & Invoices will be marked up 20% from original purchase price.
